Gold purchase by valuables transport: which insured sum fits?

Our valuables transport is insured up to €50,000, and at most up to the sum you state. If you set it too low, the insurance only replaces that amount in case of damage. For the guide value, multiply the weight by the fineness and the current price. For bars and bullion coins the fineness is embossed, usually 999.9. Diamonds and luxury watches cannot be calculated this way, because brand, condition and certificate count as well. For such pieces, tell us your estimate and we will set the sum together. We adjust our purchase price every 10 minutes to the precious metals exchange price.

Are there any costs for the gold purchase by valuables transport?

No. Pickup by our courier, assessment and offer are free of charge for you. If you decline, you get your pieces back through our gold-back guarantee.

Which shipping method suits which value?

Below €500 the standard gold package is enough. Above that there is the premium gold package, insured up to €1,500. From €5,000 the valuables transport collects from you.

How long does a gold purchase by valuables transport take?

We agree the pickup day with you. As soon as the shipment is in Berlin, we assess it and get back to you with the offer. After your acceptance we transfer the amount.

Which pieces may I send by valuables transport besides gold?

What happens if something gets lost on the way?

From the handover to our courier the shipment is insured up to €50,000. If your holdings exceed that, talk to us beforehand. At most, the sum you state is replaced.

Can I also use the valuables transport in Berlin?

Yes. In Berlin, however, you have two further options: the home visit from €5,000 or the branch at Tauentzienstraße 1. There the assessment takes 15 minutes on average.
